Right of withdrawal
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason.
- The revocation period is fourteen days from the day
- on which you or a third party named by you, who is not the carrier, has or has taken possession of the goods, provided that you have ordered one or more goods as part of a single order and these are or will be delivered uniformly;
- on which you or a third party named by you, who is not the carrier, have taken possession of the last goods, provided that you have ordered several goods as part of a single order and these are delivered separately;
- on which you or a third party named by you, who is not the carrier, have taken possession of the last partial shipment or the last piece, if you have ordered goods that are delivered in several partial shipments or pieces.
Consequences of withdrawal:
- If the contract is revoked, the seller shall reimburse the consumer for all payments received from the consumer, including delivery costs (with the exception of additional costs resulting from the fact that the consumer has chosen a type of delivery other than the cheapest standard delivery offered by the seller), immediately and at the latest within 14 days from the day on which the seller receives notification of the revocation of the contract.
- The seller may withhold the refund until he has received the goods back or until the consumer has provided proof that he has returned the goods, whichever is the earlier.
Return costs
The consumer shall bear the direct costs of returning the goods. The seller must indicate the amount of these costs in advance if the goods cannot be returned normally by post due to their nature.
Exclusion or premature expiry of the right of withdrawal
